The staff were welcoming and the location was great, easy to park closer to town and walk in. I researched long and hard before choosing here. I could see from past reviews that it was somewhat out dated but the service, comfortable bed, hot shower, lovely healthy breakfast and free parking easily made up for this. We had requested a room with a lake view. It was a little noisy as also the road side but it was very unique and charmingly old world Swiss style and we slept well. The 2 male staff Gustavo and another guy spoke good English. Gustavo helped us with directions and ideas of where to the start the from. The other guy one evening gave out cups of hot water so I could make tea and heated some leftovers from a restaurant meal for me. Adding to the home from home feel.

We loved everything and had a very comfortable stay. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The young receptionist was very friendly and helpful providing us with lots of information about local sights which we all loved. We can highly recommend this hotel.

It's very cozy and pleasant, parking option was a nice bonus. The WiFi didn't work on the first day but was arranged by the second and was good!

Very amiable and helpful staff. Good location with partial view of the Nahuel Huapi lake, close to both the city centre and Cerro Campanario. Overall, great value for money.
